Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura

to soothe the soul ...

My camera is digital and inexpensive, I think that's the reason why the food pictures go wrong. But most importantly, this macaroni and cheese a la Mexicana is super delicious and a great "soul food", as it is known in the Southern United States, translated literally "food for the soul", so called to certain dishes that provide spiritual fullness and stomach at the same time. These foods when you eat them, we feel a special warmth in my soul.

very easy to be prepared, as I like because with FAMILION I have, I'm not very complicated dishes.

* the macaroni is cooked, or dough will.
* I use canned cheddar cheese sauce, which add to the cooked pasta and drained of water.
* Sofrei some olives, red pepper and onion in olive oil (which are used) and add to pasta and mix well.
* Season to taste and if you want you can add a few drops of hot sauce. Moli
* 2 0 3 slices of bread in a blender and espolveree bread crumbs over pasta.
* Cover with grated cheese to melt.
* Bake until cheese is melted.

and ready to enjoy some delicious Mexican macaroni.
