Questions I personally have spent many times the thought is: How do I
Reason?, How I stay motivated ?.
There are days where you wake up happy, happy and motivated, and the day seems to going well. But what happens when one day you wake up and you looks like a regular day like any other. You have to go to work, make everyday tasks is something that becomes routine.
Using a small survey people on what their Motivation Life in a typical day I got the following responses:
Omar:
- See the picture of an Audi
- Watching the girl I like
Eduardo :
- Thinking about my children that I have to take them to eat
- imagine that missing a few days to be weekend
Francisco:
- Know that God is with me
- Play something I'm happy, music or a video that makes me excited
Alicia:
- The fact talk to a person and say you want
Hechal - The looking in the mirror and like it as I am physically
- Up out and give me the sun, watching the sky
- A compliment (compliment)
are all very valid answers. However I notice that behind each of these responses is a more eleveda intention, which provides that Life Motivation.
Example:
- See the picture of an Audi (A-Wish, One Dream)
- Watching the girl I like (Longing, Love)
- Thinking about my children that I have to take them to eat (Responsibility, Amor)
- imagine that missing a few days to be weekend (Longing for Freedom)
- Know that God is with me (Love, Espitirualidad)
- Play me something happy, music or video that me click Emotions (joy, excitement Positiva)
Alicia:
- The fact talk to a person and say you want Hechal (Feel Support)
- The looking in the mirror and like it as I am physically (Esteem)
- to go out and of the sun I see the sky (Feel the Freedom)
- A compliment (Self-esteem, recognition)
Just as you just read, behind every one of the things that give us Life Motivation is always an "Intent high ", which corresponds to our true essence that is The Welfare, Happiness, Love
